The Aga Khan Hospital, Dar es Salaam receives prestigious International Service Excellence Award

March 28, 2025: The Aga Khan Hospital, Dar es Salaam, proudly achieved a significant milestone by receiving the International Service Excellence Award from the Institute of Customer Management. This prestigious accolade underscores the hospital’s status as a leading international organization dedicated to delivering world-class customer service.

The award was presented by the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM), known for establishing high industry standards through rigorous research, training, and its Annual Customer Service Excellence Awards. By honouring organizations that excel in customer satisfaction, CICM celebrates individual accomplishments while elevating global service benchmarks.

Receiving the award on behalf of The Aga Khan Hospital, Ms. Aika Mongi, Head of Nursing, and Mr. John Msangi from Human Resources expressed pride in this achievement. They credited the hospital’s dedicated staff for their commitment to outstanding service that meets and exceeds international standards. “This award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team,” said Ms. Mongi. “We are honoured to be recognized for our commitment to service excellence and will continue to push the boundaries of quality care for our patients.”
